  • Consultation with medical, legal, or other professionals

I have insurance but I got an estimate?

If insurance reports a deductable is due, we provide an estimate based on the data provided by the insurance company. It can change based on your situation, but allows you and us to know what you will be responsible for during threapy.

You don't take my insurance, how can I make a claim on my insurance?

You will need a SuperBill, we provide these automatically every month through the client portal. This will have the details about treatment with billed amounts. You will have to contact your insurance company concerning the process of submitting your claim.
